This study compared the cleaning effectiveness of NeoNiTi, 2Shape and Revo_S rotary instruments.
Fifty mandibular molar mesial roots were selected with an angle of curvature less than 20 degrees divided into three groups (=15). Five samples were selected as negative control group. In all three systems, the final file was 25, 6%. The score of debris and smear layer in three thirds (coronal, middle and apical) of the root canal walls were evaluated using scanning electron microscopic (SEM) magnification. The data were analyzed using the Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney U tests for intergroup comparison (≤0.05) and Freidman and Wilcoxon signed-rank test was employed for intragroup comparison (≤0.05).
Residual debris of the 2Shape system in the apical region was significantly higher than the other two systems (=0.039). Revo_S and 2Shape groups had significantly higher quantities of debris in the apical than the coronal region (=0.029 and =0.02, respectively). In the 2Shape group, the amount of mid-region debris was significantly higher (=0.005) than the coronal. In inter-group comparison there was no significant difference in residual smear layer between the systems. In intra-group comparison in all three systems, the amount of smear layer in the coronal third was significantly higher than in the other two areas. (=0.017, <0.001 and =0.032, respectively).
2Shape left the highest amount of debris in the apical region. The amount of debris in Revo_S and 2Shape groups in the apical region was significantly higher than in the coronal. The amount of smear layer in all three groups in the coronal area was higher than the middle and apical areas.
本研究比较了NeoNiTi、2Shape和Revo_S旋转器械的清洁效果。
选取50个弯曲角度小于20度的下颌磨牙近中根,分为三组(每组15个)。选取5个样本作为阴性对照组。在所有三个系统中,最终使用的锉均为25号,锥度为6%。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)放大倍数评估根管壁三个三分之一区域(冠部、中部和根尖部)的碎屑和玷污层评分。采用Kruskal Wallis和Mann Whitney U检验进行组间比较(P≤0.05),采用Friedman和Wilcoxon符号秩检验进行组内比较(P≤0.05)。
2Shape系统根尖区域的残留碎屑显著高于其他两个系统(P=0.039)。Revo_S组和2Shape组根尖区域的碎屑量显著高于冠部区域(分别为P=0.029和P=0.02)。在2Shape组中,中部区域的碎屑量显著高于冠部(P=0.005)。组间比较时,各系统之间的残留玷污层无显著差异。在所有三个系统的组内比较中,冠部三分之一区域的玷污层量显著高于其他两个区域(分别为P=0.017、P<0.001和P=0.032)。
2Shape在根尖区域留下的碎屑量最多。Revo_S组和2Shape组根尖区域的碎屑量显著高于冠部。所有三组冠部区域的玷污层量均高于中部和根尖区域。
