A Cu-catalyzed C-O coupling of (hetero)aryl chlorides with phenols at 120 °C on water was developed with a designed ligand, -(9-carbazol-9-yl)picolinamide (). This method features a good substrate scope (both electron-donating and electron-withdrawing), low catalyst/ligand loadings (down to 1 mol %), and excellent scalability and practicability.
利用设计的配体 -(9 - 咔唑 - 9 - 基)吡啶甲酰胺,在120℃的水相中实现了铜催化的(杂)芳基氯化物与酚类的C - O偶联反应。该方法具有良好的底物范围(包括供电子和吸电子底物)、低催化剂/配体负载量(低至1 mol%)以及出色的可扩展性和实用性。
