Azygos vein aneurysm is a rare finding with sparse documentation in the medical literature. We present the case of a large thrombosed azygos vein aneurysm and its successful treatment by surgical resection. The size, shape, and nature of the aneurysm as well as the symptomatic presentation substantiated surgical management, which we propose is a safe and effective management strategy for similar cases.
奇静脉动脉瘤是一种罕见的发现，医学文献中记载甚少。我们报告一例巨大血栓形成的奇静脉动脉瘤病例及其通过手术切除成功治疗的情况。动脉瘤的大小、形状和性质以及症状表现证实了手术治疗的合理性，我们认为这是类似病例安全有效的治疗策略。
