Abstract
Belzutifan is a first-in-class hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha, or HIF-2 alpha, inhibitor drug for the treatment of hemangioblastomas of the central nervous system and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors in adults with von Hipp.
