This paper aims to provide a structured approach to managing supracondylar humerus fractures in the paediatric population, informed by the most recent literature and guidelines. It aims to prepare candidates for the specialist examination in trauma and orthopaedic (e.g. Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), Fellowship of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT), Board Exams, etc.) while also emphasising important considerations for practitioners who may not frequently encounter paediatric supracondylar fractures.
