Abstract

Currently, a suture bridge is a good way to treat medium-sized supraspinatus tendon tears. However, one medial-row anchor (double-loaded suture anchor) can only create 4 sets of suture-bridges, and overtension and reduced blood flow in the tendon caused by the knotted medial-row may lead to tendon retear. Therefore, we present a pragmatic suture-bridge technique called the trianchor double-pulley suture-bridge (DPSB). In the treatment of medium-sized supraspinatus tendon tears, using one medial-row anchor (double-loaded suture anchor) can create 6 sets of DPSBs, and more complete restoration of the footprint and increased failure load can be obtained from 6 sets of DPSBs. In addition, knotless medial-row can reduce tendon tension and improve vascular circulation.

摘要

目前,缝线桥是治疗中等大小冈上肌腱撕裂的一种好方法。然而,一个内侧排锚钉(双负荷缝线锚钉)只能创建4组缝线桥,内侧排打结导致的肌腱过度张力和血流减少可能会导致肌腱再次撕裂。因此,我们提出了一种实用的缝线桥技术,称为三锚双滑轮缝线桥(DPSB)。在治疗中等大小冈上肌腱撕裂时,使用一个内侧排锚钉(双负荷缝线锚钉)可以创建6组DPSB,6组DPSB可以实现足迹更完整的修复并提高破坏载荷。此外,内侧排无结可以降低肌腱张力并改善血管循环。
