Primary splenic angiosarcoma is a rare, aggressive tumor, characterized by rapid metastasis and poor prognosis. Herein, we report a case of 18F-FDG and 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT imaging in a 57-year-old man with primary splenic angiosarcoma. 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT presented much higher uptake in the lesions compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT, showing better diagnostic performance. Our case demonstrated the characteristics of 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT in primary splenic angiosarcoma and suggested its potential as a more promising alternative to 18F-FDG PET/CT for diagnosis and a useful tool for clinical management.
原发性脾血管肉瘤是一种罕见的侵袭性肿瘤,其特点是转移迅速且预后不良。在此,我们报告一例57岁男性原发性脾血管肉瘤患者的18F-FDG和68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT成像情况。与18F-FDG PET/CT相比,68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT在病变部位的摄取明显更高,显示出更好的诊断性能。我们的病例展示了68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT在原发性脾血管肉瘤中的特点,并表明其作为18F-FDG PET/CT诊断的更有前景的替代方法以及临床管理的有用工具的潜力。
