[Effect of the morphological structure of lung cancer on the choice of surgery].

The authors compare the character of surgical interventions in 1519 patients with the morphologically verified pulmonary carcinoma with its histological structure. It was found that underdifferentiated forms of cancer were characterized by the decreased operability and resectability, increased volume of operations and number of exploratory interventions.
