Fractional and fatty acid lipid composition of mare's milk and a kumiss mixture prepared on the basis of cow's milk components were studied and compared. Lipids contained by the products indicated were found to substantially differ. This is mainly accounted for by specific features of milk synthesized by different animals.
对马奶以及在牛奶成分基础上制备的马奶酒混合物的脂肪酸脂质组成进行了研究和比较。结果发现,上述产品所含的脂质有显著差异。这主要是由不同动物合成的乳汁的特定特性所导致的。
