Abstract
It is reported about 3 young men with a XX-male syndrome. Diagnoses were made sure by karyogramms. The only general finding in all 3 persons were their small testicles. There were no abnormalities neither in their physique nor in their mental development to be found. It is astonishing that the striking physical abnormality wasn't found out in earlier researches.
