Reduction mammaplasty: a personal technique.

We describe a new method of breast reduction. Its advantages are adaptability to small, medium, or large hypertrophy, a short, well-hidden inframammary scar, preservation of good blood supply to the breast, ease of permance, and predictability in producing a breast of pleasing appearance and relatively normal function.
