Abstract
Dr. James Hickey, who completed his residency in family medicine last year, reflects on medical practice and the negative impact of practice restrictions. At the same time the restrictions are appearing, he notes, recruiters from south of the border are conducting an aggressive campaign to convince Canadian family physicians to move to the US.
