Abstract
Influence of a new bone marrow substance Myelopeptide-1 on the antibody production in the spleen of irradiated mice (2Gy) was studied. Myelopeptide-1 was inoculated in immunized mice at various periods after irradiation by different schemes. It was shown that the stimulating effect of Myelopeptide-1 depended on peptide dose, inoculation scheme, and period between irradiation and immunization.

研究了一种新型骨髓物质髓肽-1对受2Gy照射小鼠脾脏抗体产生的影响。在照射后的不同时期，按照不同方案给免疫小鼠接种髓肽-1。结果表明，髓肽-1的刺激作用取决于肽剂量、接种方案以及照射与免疫之间的时间间隔。
