[Personal experience in the preparation of concentrated hemodialysis solutions].

In this paper the beginning of production of the concentrated haemodialysis solutions at the Department of Pharmacy, Military Medical Academy, Belgrade, is shown. The first series with 3400 I was produced during 1971, which is only 3% todays production. Each year the extent of production and the number of new product have been increased. Today, 2500 l of five types of haemodialysis solutions are manufactured weekly at the Institute of Pharmacy. The quality of these solutions is secuted by defined production procedure, by quality control of substances and by physico-chemical control of the produced solutions. The Institute of Pharmacy in co-operation with the Clinic of Nephrology are permanently working on quality improvement and adjustment of the production programme.
