[Mitral valve prolapse in patients with coronary artery insufficiency. Report of two unusual cases (author's transl)].

The authors illustrate two peculiar cases of mitral valve prolapse in patients with coronary artery disease. The first case reports a mitral valve prolapse that, absent in basal conditions, is unmasked by a premature ventricular beat. In the second case concerns about the manifestation of a mitral valve prolapse developed during the course of retrosternal chest pain.
