Inflammation of the periurethral glands of Littre simulating tumor.

A young man presented with a subfrenular nodule of the penis that proved to be ectasia and chronic inflammation of the periurethral glands of Littre. Pathological processes involving these glands are rare but must be considered in the differential diagnosis of penile or urethral lesions.
