Abstract
The fine structure of the allergic nasal mucosufollowing vidian neurectomy was studied in 15 patients. The structure of the mucous glands, venules, arterioles and tunical cellular elements returned to normal 1 month after the operation, while that of the epithelium and of the capillaries only 3 months post-operatively. The effect of interrupting the hyperactive cholinergic nerve impulses on the various constituents of the nasal mucosa is described.

对15例患者进行了岩大神经切断术后变应性鼻黏膜的超微结构研究。术后1个月，黏液腺、小静脉、小动脉及被膜细胞成分的结构恢复正常，而上皮及毛细血管的结构仅在术后3个月恢复正常。描述了中断高活性胆碱能神经冲动对鼻黏膜各组成部分的影响。
