[Local use of cyclophosphamide in differential diagnosis and treatment of focal ulcerative lesions of gastric mucosa].

Submucosal injection of cyclophosphamide (CPA) was applied in the ulcer disease and gastric cancer patients for rising of the endoscopical differential diagnosis efficacy. Under the influence of preparation the severity of inflammatory-proliferative changes in gastric wall have reduced, permitting to visualize the pathologically altered parts and to conduct a precise biopsy. The CPA application have promoted rapid arrest of algesic and dyspeptic syndromes and significant reduction of an ulcer healing term.
