Abstract

We used the harmonic scalpel (an ultrasonic cutting and coagulating instrument) in coronary artery bypass surgery. The gastroepiploic artery was harvested using coagulating shears. The operating time was reduced without shortening or twisting of the artery. The blade-type was used for hemostasis around the coronary artery and also in dissecting adhesion in redo surgery without any arrhythmias. The absence of electric current passing through the patient contributes to the safety of the harmonic scalpel in coronary artery bypass surgery.

我们在冠状动脉旁路移植手术中使用了谐波手术刀(一种超声切割和凝血器械)。采用凝血剪获取胃网膜动脉。手术时间缩短,且动脉未出现缩短或扭曲情况。刀片型用于冠状动脉周围止血以及再次手术中分离粘连,未出现任何心律失常。无电流通过患者有助于谐波手术刀在冠状动脉旁路移植手术中的安全性。
