Abstract

Pestalotioid fungi are associated with a wide variety of plants around the world as pathogens, endophytes, and saprobes. In this study, diseased leaves and branches of plants were collected from Guizhou and Sichuan in China. Here, the fungal isolates were identified based on a phylogenetic analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region (ITS), the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (-) and the beta-tubulin () of ribosomal DNA, and the morphological characteristics. Ten isolates and two isolates were obtained, and these isolates were further confirmed as four novel species (, , , and ) and one known species, .

拟盘多毛孢属真菌作为病原菌、内生菌和腐生菌,与世界各地的多种植物相关。在本研究中,从中国贵州和四川采集了患病植物的叶片和枝条。在此,基于核糖体DNA的内部转录间隔区(ITS)、翻译延伸因子1-α(-)和β-微管蛋白()的系统发育分析以及形态特征对真菌分离株进行了鉴定。获得了10个分离株和2个分离株,这些分离株进一步被确认为4个新物种(、、、和)和1个已知物种。
