[Nets of excitable elements. IX. Hebb nets].

It is shown that the mechanism of bond creation suggested by Hebb, acting in a neuron net without exterior effects arranges there a structure of a ring type. The activity of such a system has periodic component. Its period is close to the duration of trace processes in neuron nets. A hypothesis is suggested about a real object where this phenomenon may be observed.
