Recently, there has been much interest in developing and refining a uniform reporting system as a means toward productivity analysis within the radiology department. The management of the Department of Radiology at Morristown Memorial Hospital realizes that the efficiency of most departments varies at different times during the work week. We have developed a system which we feel is adaptable to many institutions and will allow the radiology manager to allocate resources in an informed and controlled manner.
