Do-not-resuscitate policies: the new debate.

出版信息

Health Technol. 1987 May-Jun;1(3):107-12.

Abstract

Do-not-resuscitate policies have not been established in all hospitals, and even where they do exist, they often do not accomplish their goals. Some patients are resuscitated, placed in critical care units against their will, and subjected to intensive treatment that is often unsuccessful. Medical ethicists are proposing alternatives for more effective policies.
