This notice announces Medicare's monthly hospital insurance premium for the uninsured aged for the 12 months beginning July 1, 1981. Section 1818(d)(2) of the Social Security Act requires the Secretary of HHS to publish, during the last quarter of each calendar year, the amount of the monthly hospital insurance program (Part A of Medicare) premium for voluntary enrollment for the 12-month period beginning with the following July 1.
