补髓生血胶囊治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床研究

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To explore into the theoretical basis of Busui Shengxue Capsule (BSSXC) in treating chronic aplastic anemia (CAA).

METHODS

Applying the techniques of cell culture and FACS to observe the bone marrow mononuclear, cells of 35 cases CAA before and after treatment.

RESULTS

(1) BSSXC has the function of restoring the membrane receptors of IL-3, IL-6, IL-11 of hematopoietic stem cell. (2) The treatment effect of BSSXC is better than Western medicine. (3) In treatment group, to stimulate the hematopolietic stem cell with IL-3, IL-6, IL-11, the rate of cell colony forming unit and CD34+ cell were obviously different between Yang Deficiency type and Yin Deficiency type before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment the difference between these two types was also obvious (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

BSSXC could improve the membrane receptor of hematopoietic stem cell acted by hematopoietic stimulating factors.

摘要

目的

探讨补髓生血胶囊治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的理论依据。

方法

应用细胞培养和流式细胞术观察35例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者治疗前后的骨髓单个核细胞。

结果

（1）补髓生血胶囊具有恢复造血干细胞IL-3、IL-6、IL-11膜受体的功能。（2）补髓生血胶囊的治疗效果优于西药。（3）治疗组中，用IL-3、IL-6、IL-11刺激造血干细胞，阳虚型与阴虚型治疗前集落形成单位细胞率和CD34+细胞率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后两型之间差异也有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
