Platelet functions during late pregnancy with praeeclampsia, birth and childbed were observed. There are found variations in opposition to normal pregnancy. Increase of platelet aggregation was clearest. In this observations is not conclud from increase risk developing a thromboembolic disease during toxemic pregnancy, birth and childbed. The variations of platelet functions are parts of complex appearence.
