Two patients with hemiparesis were thought to have intracranial lesions. Cervical spondylosis was discovered, and the condition of both patients improved after laminectomy. Although it has been rarely emphasized in the past, cervical spondylosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hemiparesis.
