Abstract
A long-term result of palliative operations, as well as that of exploratory laparotomy in 74 patients with gastric cancer was studied. In patients with suspected radically inoperable form of gastric cancer, the efforts should be made to remove a neoplasm, i.e. gastric resection to be performed.
摘要
对74例胃癌患者姑息性手术以及剖腹探查术的长期结果进行了研究。对于疑似根治性不可切除型胃癌患者，应努力切除肿瘤，即进行胃切除术。
