To explore the mechanism of infidelity of immunoglobulin gene rearrangements in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia and its significance in genotyping of acute leukemia.
Immunoglobulin gene rearrangement was studied in 25 patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia in various stages by polymerase chain reaction.
Immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangements were detected in three of 25 patients, one of whom in complete remission was found to have tendency of relapse one month later.
Lineage infidelity of immunoglobulin gene rearrangements does exist in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, therefore, immunoglobulin rearrangements probably can not be regarded as an absolutely reliable marker for acute lymphocytic leukemia. Immunoglobulin rearrangements may have some significance in the detection of minimal residual disease of acute leukemia.
探讨急性非淋巴细胞白血病免疫球蛋白基因重排异常的机制及其在急性白血病基因分型中的意义。
采用聚合酶链反应技术对25例不同病程阶段的急性非淋巴细胞白血病患者进行免疫球蛋白基因重排研究。
25例患者中有3例检测到免疫球蛋白重链基因重排,其中1例完全缓解患者1个月后出现复发倾向。
急性非淋巴细胞白血病存在免疫球蛋白基因重排谱系异常,因此,免疫球蛋白重排可能不能被视为急性淋巴细胞白血病绝对可靠的标志物。免疫球蛋白重排在急性白血病微小残留病检测中可能具有一定意义。
