Partial aplasia of the right ventricular myocardium (Uhl's anomaly) was found at post-mortem examination of a 71-year-old woman. Most of the cases of this anomaly end fatally, in infancy or childhood, with treatment-resistant right heart failure, the diagnosis being only rarely made in life.
