[Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor and a suborbital premolar. Apropos of a case].

One case of a voluminous cyst developed into the maxillary sinus associated with an infra-orbital location of embedded upper premolar is reported. The authors point out this rare location of an embedded upper premolar, the radio-clinic differential diagnosis and the possible association between the adenomatoïd odontogenic tumour and the dentigerous cyst. A CT-Scan examination showed a large maxillary radiolucent image under a tooth in infra-orbital localization. Histological examination revealed the lesion to be adenomatoïd odontogenic tumour. Complete enucleation of the cyst and extraction of the tooth were performed by oral way with success.
