Abstract
OBJECTS
Twenty-seven cases of histologically confirmed congenital dermoid cysts of the anterior fontanel in children are reported.
METHODS
The age, sex and race of each patient was recorded.
CONCLUSIONS
Ages ranged between 2 months and 6 years. There was a female predominance, and 77.7% of these patients were children of mixed race. Surgical excision resulted in complete cure without complications or recurrences.

目的
报告27例经组织学确诊的儿童前囟先天性皮样囊肿病例。
方法
记录每位患者的年龄、性别和种族。
结论
年龄范围在2个月至6岁之间。女性居多，77.7%的患者为混血儿。手术切除可实现完全治愈，无并发症或复发。
