[At the limits of psychotherapeutic medicine].

Psychotherapeutic medicine combines somatical and psychological aspects of human medicine. On those areas, which are near an imaginated border, the dialogue with the patient, as well as the psychotherapeutic treatment and the good will of the psychotherapeutic doctors can come easily to a limit. In the following there will be given several examples, which illustrate the difficulties in psychotherapeutic treatment with certain patients. There are old people, people in extreme situations, people with aggression against themselves and against the others.
