OBJECTIVE
To investigate the effectiveness of polypropylene path (Prolene) in hernia prevention following harvesting of rectus abdominis is myocutaneous flap.
METHODS
From November 1999 to October 2000, Prolene patches were applied in 26 cases to repair the anterior rectus sheath following harvesting free rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap. Data concerning each case included size of rectus flap, defect of rectus sheath, size of patch used, wound healing and complications.
RESULTS
Prolene patch showed good biocompatibility with abdominal tissue. No foreign-body rejection occurred after operation. Seroma developed in 1 case, and was drained bedside without complication. All prolene patches healed well in the body during follow-up. Hernia formation and abdominal bulge were not observed.
CONCLUSION
Prolene patch is a satisfactory material for repair of the anterior rectus sheath after harvesting free rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap.
目的
探讨聚丙烯补片（普理灵）在腹直肌肌皮瓣切取后预防疝形成中的有效性。
方法
1999年11月至2000年10月，对26例患者在切取游离腹直肌肌皮瓣后应用普理灵补片修复腹直肌前鞘。每例患者的数据包括腹直肌瓣大小、腹直肌鞘缺损、所用补片大小、伤口愈合情况及并发症。
结果
普理灵补片与腹部组织具有良好的生物相容性。术后未发生异物排斥反应。1例出现血清肿，在床边引流，无并发症。随访期间所有普理灵补片在体内愈合良好。未观察到疝形成及腹部膨隆。
结论
普理灵补片是游离腹直肌肌皮瓣切取后修复腹直肌前鞘的一种满意材料。
