To investigate the kind and degree of deformtive and the charactertics and effects of prosthetic treatment in patients with secondary maxillofacial deformities after cleft lip and palate operation at early age.
Clinical examinations and cephalometric analysis were performed in 30 patients.
The results showed that prosthetic treatment can improve facial form and oral functions a great deal but with limitations.
Prosthetic treatment should be considered as an essential part in serial therapy of cleft lip and palate.
探讨早期唇腭裂手术后继发颌面部畸形患者的畸形种类、程度以及修复治疗的特点和效果。
对30例患者进行临床检查及头影测量分析。
结果显示，修复治疗能在很大程度上改善面部形态和口腔功能，但存在一定局限性。
修复治疗应被视为唇腭裂序列治疗的重要组成部分。
