OBJECTIVE
To present our experience in the surgical treatment of primary tumor in penile cancer based on the accepted oncologic principles and indications for the existing surgical methods of treatment.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
A retrospective analysis of 54 patients with histologically proven malignant penile cancer treated surgically at the Urology department of MHAT "St George", Plovdiv between 1975 and April 2001.
RESULTS
Fifty patients were treated with 53 operations performed. Penile amputations were significantly more than penile-preserving operations.
DISCUSSION
Differentiation and tumor stage are paramount in the choice of surgical strategy for penile cancer.
目的
基于公认的肿瘤学原则和现有手术治疗方法的适应症，介绍我们在阴茎癌原发性肿瘤手术治疗方面的经验。
材料与方法
对1975年至2001年4月期间在普罗夫迪夫“圣乔治”MHAT泌尿外科接受手术治疗的54例经组织学证实为恶性阴茎癌的患者进行回顾性分析。
结果
50例患者接受了53次手术。阴茎截肢术明显多于保留阴茎的手术。
讨论
分化程度和肿瘤分期在阴茎癌手术策略的选择中至关重要。
