[Workshop on mental preparation and stress management: experience of residents finishing in obstetrics and gynecology].

The objective of this article is to report the experience of three graduating residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Laval University who were participants in a course on mental preparation and stress management. The students concluded that the experience has been very useful in preparation for the final specialty examination. They recommend that such a program be systematically evaluated before it is integrated in the residency program.
