Abstract
This Decree creates the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Institute for Forest Development under the Ministry of State for Agriculture. The function of the Council is to examine and approve forestation and reforestation projects and grant fiscal incentives from the Fund of Sectoral Investment created by Decree-Law No. 1.376 of 12 December 1974.
