Diabetes mellitus concurrent with chronic opisthorchiasis shows a more severe and labile course and aptness to early complications. There are significant changes in the functional status of the biliary system, which cause failing biligenesis and a high lithogenicity of bile: severe hypotony of the gallbladder with its decreased concentration and evacuatory capacities, hypomotor dyskinesia of the biliary tract, dysfunction of the sphincter apparatus. Successful dehelminthization with bilthricide or poputril (dry aspen bark extract) significantly improves the clinical cause of diabetes, induces positive changes in biligenesis particularly in less than 5-year history of diabetes.
糖尿病合并慢性华支睾吸虫病时,病情更为严重且不稳定,易于出现早期并发症。胆道系统功能状态发生显著变化,导致胆汁生成障碍及胆汁高致石性:胆囊严重张力减退,浓缩和排空能力下降,胆道运动功能减退性运动障碍,括约肌功能障碍。使用硫双二氯酚或波普特里尔(干燥白杨树皮提取物)成功驱虫可显著改善糖尿病的临床状况,尤其在糖尿病病程小于5年的患者中,可引起胆汁生成的积极变化。
