Combined use of rubomycin and olivomycin with diacarb in treatment of rats with Pliss lymphosarcoma increased the antiblastomic activity of the antibiotics. The antitumor effect of rubomycin and olivomycin was increased by diacarb in the same degree as that of dipin, a synthetic cytostatic.

柔红霉素、橄榄霉素与双醋二胺联合用于治疗患有普利斯氏淋巴肉瘤的大鼠，可增强抗生素的抗胚细胞瘤活性。双醋二胺增强柔红霉素和橄榄霉素的抗肿瘤效果的程度，与合成细胞抑制剂二膦乙酸钠相同。
