Abstract
The etiology of dural arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is still uncertain, and the occurrence of postoperative dural AVM has rarely been proved angiographically. The authors present a case of dural AVM in the jugular and the sigmoid sinuses, which developed 1 year after resection of a pial AVM via the craniotomy. A possible mechanism underlying this case of dural AVM is discussed.

硬脑膜动静脉畸形（AVM）的病因仍不明确，术后硬脑膜AVM的发生很少通过血管造影得到证实。作者报告了一例发生于颈静脉和乙状窦的硬脑膜AVM病例，该病例在经颅骨切开术切除软脑膜AVM 1年后出现。本文讨论了该例硬脑膜AVM可能的发病机制。
