补肾化瘀复方对老年淋巴细胞白细胞介素-2分泌及白细胞介素-2受体表达的影响

OBJECTIVE
To study the effect of Bushen Huayu Composite (BSHY) on interleukin-2 (IL-2) secretion and IL-2 receptor expression in the aged.
METHODS
IL-2 was examined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method and IL-2 dependent cellular stains, IL-2 receptor expression was examined by FACS-indirect immunofluorescence.
RESULTS
Aging could result in the decrease in lymphocytic IL-2 secretion and IL-2 receptor expression (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), which could be improved by BSHY (P < 0.01, P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
BSHY has significant up-regulatory effect on immune function of lymphocytes in the aged.
目的
研究补肾化瘀复方（BSHY）对老年人白细胞介素-2（IL-2）分泌及IL-2受体表达的影响。
方法
采用甲基噻唑基四氮唑（MTT）法及IL-2依赖细胞染色检测IL-2，采用流式细胞仪间接免疫荧光法检测IL-2受体表达。
结果
衰老可导致淋巴细胞IL-2分泌及IL-2受体表达降低（P<0.01，P<0.05），补肾化瘀复方可使其改善（P<0.01，P<0.05）。
结论
补肾化瘀复方对老年人淋巴细胞免疫功能有显著上调作用。
