Abstract
CASE REPORT
We present a case of 28-year-old female patient with condylomata gigantea (Buschke-Lowenstein tumor) in anal and perianal region with propagation on vulva and vagina. The local surgical excision and CO(2) laser treatment were performed. Histological examination showed presence of HPV type 11 without malignant potential.
RESULT
Three months later, there was no recurrence.

我们报告一例28岁女性患者，其肛门和肛周区域患有巨大尖锐湿疣（Buschke-Lowenstein瘤），病变蔓延至外阴和阴道。进行了局部手术切除和二氧化碳激光治疗。组织学检查显示存在11型人乳头瘤病毒，无恶变潜能。
结果
三个月后，未见复发。
