Abstract
This is a case report of a so-called meniscal hematoma that mimicked a meniscal cyst. A literature search found no previous report of it before. Treatment with arthroscopic intra-articular decompression alone is enough. We discuss the possibility of its pathogenesis and treatment.

这是一例疑似半月板囊肿的所谓半月板血肿病例报告。文献检索发现此前并无相关报告。仅通过关节镜下关节内减压治疗就足够了。我们讨论了其发病机制及治疗的可能性。
