Abstract
Outsourcing has brought one mid-sized hospital IT competencies it could not have matched on its own, while blending in-house and external resources into a smoothly running IT department. The ability to offload day-to-day IT management for a determinable and reasonable fee eliminates a large distraction for administrators while bringing much-needed financial stability.
