[Fistula between ileal conduit and small intestine after cutaneous ureteroileostomy].

We report on a case of ileal conduit-enteric fistula which appeared early after ureteroileostomy using the Bricker technique. The appearance of gastrointestinal content through the stoma was the only sign. An ileogram permitted making the diagnosis. Conservative treatment was instituted and the fistula resolved spontaneously. The different diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of this uncommon complication after ureteroileostomy are discussed.
