Abstract
Comprehensive examination of 177 workers and screening of more than 2000 workers exposed to heating microclimate revealed the possibility of chronic overheating in some workers and provided the description of its clinical manifestations. Vasoneurosis, myocardiodystrophia and metabolic disorders are the keys to developing of the disease characterized by a rotative course.

对177名工人进行的全面检查以及对2000多名暴露于热微气候环境中的工人进行的筛查显示，部分工人存在慢性过热的可能性，并对其临床表现进行了描述。血管神经症、心肌营养不良和代谢紊乱是这种呈渐进性病程疾病发展的关键因素。
