In order to observe the effect of Lycopene(LP) on antioxidation in rats, the rats were given LP by oral. After 4 weeks the activity of SOD, MDA and GSH-Px, T-AOC, GSH, CAT in serum and liver were measured respectively. The result showed that the activities of SOD, T-AOC and GSH-Px in LP group were increased and the concentrations of MDA were decreased significantly(P < 0.05) compared with control group. LP could increase antioxidative effect and reduce lipid peroxidation in Wistar rats.
为观察番茄红素(LP)对大鼠抗氧化作用的影响,对大鼠进行灌胃给予LP。4周后,分别测定血清和肝脏中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、T-AOC、GSH、CAT的活性。结果显示,与对照组相比,LP组的SOD、T-AOC和GSH-Px活性升高,MDA浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。LP可增强Wistar大鼠的抗氧化作用并减少脂质过氧化。
