To investigate the different characteristics of periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts in synthesizing Collagen I and III.
Periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts were cultured from the same patient and detected for expression of Collagen I and III by immunocytochemical methods.
The immunocytochemical staining showed Collagen I and III were positive in periodontal ligament cells, and mild positive in gingival fibroblasts. Statistical analysis suggested the difference between gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells.
There were differences between the periodontal ligament cells and gingival fibroblasts in synthesizing or secreting of Collagen matrix.
研究牙周膜细胞和牙龈成纤维细胞在合成Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原方面的不同特性。
从同一患者体内培养牙周膜细胞和牙龈成纤维细胞，采用免疫细胞化学方法检测Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原的表达。
免疫细胞化学染色显示，牙周膜细胞中Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原呈阳性，牙龈成纤维细胞呈弱阳性。统计学分析表明牙龈成纤维细胞与牙周膜细胞之间存在差异。
