Abstract
Some HIV researchers and community-based organization leaders are questioning the methods being used by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They say there are too few scientifically proven prevention programs available for positives, and they worry that any major shift to testing and prevention for positives could cause some harm if there isn't an adequate increase in HIV prevention and treatment funding.
